Match the process to the product label
Cleaning and disinfection are different tasks. For EPA-registered disinfectants, follow the label, including the intended surface and application method. The surface must stay wet for the specified contact time.
Define the boundaries of the service
Agree on access, storage and who handles special or regulated materials. A janitorial contract should not be treated as proof that a facility meets every regulatory obligation. Review workplace-specific requirements with your safety lead or qualified adviser.
